What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and optional name. For institutional inquiries, we also collect your role, organisation name, and optional phone number. We collect IP addresses from form submissions for spam prevention only.
Why we collect it
To send you a single launch notification email. To respond to institutional inquiries. To prevent abuse of the waitlist form. We do not build profiles, track behaviour, or sell data.
Where it is stored
All data is stored in Supabase (Postgres), hosted on AWS in the Mumbai region. Transactional emails sent via Resend. No other third parties have access.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the essential infrastructure providers listed above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, analytics companies, or data brokers.
Your rights under DPDP 2023
You have the right to request a copy of your data, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@codestory.in with subject "Data Request". We respond within 72 hours.
Grievance officer
Reach the Grievance Officer at grievance@codestory.in — CodeStory, Sector 17, NCR, India. Grievances acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
